Background
Ahmad Mohammadi Zadeh (also recorded in OFAC records as ZADEH Ahmad Mohammedi) is an Iranian national (date of birth 23 September 1961, passport U65222701) designated by the US Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control on 11 May 2026 under the Iran sanctions programme.
Mohammadi Zadeh was the oldest of the three Iranian individuals named in OFAC's 11 May Operation Economic Fury SDN round, alongside Mohammadreza Ashrafi Ghehi and Samad Fathi Salami. The designation targets his alleged role in the IRGC's oil-logistics network, which used shell entities in Dubai, Hong Kong, Sharjah, and Muscat to move sanctioned Iranian crude.
As with the co-designated individuals, the OFAC SDN listing is the sole public record; no substantial independent biographical material is available. The three designations together form the individual-accountability layer of a round that also named nine corporate entities.
