Treasury published three digital-asset addresses for Crypto Home DMCC, a firm registered at the DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), Dubai's largest free-zone authority, and amended Iran-related FAQ 1257 the same day.

On 30 July Treasury designated two Iranian marine insurance providers. Strip a tanker of cover and ports refuse it entry, so that pressure lands on the hull and depends on a port state choosing to enforce it. A published wallet works the other way round. Every compliance desk screening the list can block that address immediately, wherever the counterparty sits, and nobody at a terminal has to do anything at all.

Treasury has run this instrument before. It froze Nobitex, Wallex, Bitpin and Ramzinex in June, four exchanges that between them handled most of Iran's digital-asset inflows, and reported close to $500 million in regime-linked crypto blocked. Friday's action reaches past those into the smaller intermediaries and free-zone shells that took over the traffic, which is what an enforcement cycle looks like once the large targets have already gone.
