Ondas Holdings

Ondas Holdings is a US autonomous-systems company listed on Nasdaq as ONDS. It is building a platform across unmanned systems, counter-drone technology and adjacent defence hardware rather than relying on a single product line.

Its relevance lies in the breadth of that platform. The purchase of British inspection firm Cyberhawk added operational data and inspection services to its drone business. The acquisition of GATE and its Polish affiliate Bron extended the group into fuze technology and European manufacturing.

This makes Ondas a buyer of capabilities across the unmanned-systems supply chain. Its Sentrycs subsidiary also gives it a counter-drone offering for major civil-security deployments.
