Enders Analysis

Enders Analysis is an independent UK research firm focused on the media, technology and telecommunications sectors. Founded in 1997, it produces subscription research reports and conducts consulting work for broadcasters, telecoms operators, platform companies and investors operating in the UK and European media landscape. Its research covers streaming, linear television, digital advertising, telecoms infrastructure, radio and the film and music industries. The firm is headquartered in London and its analysts regularly appear in parliamentary hearings, regulatory consultations and public debate on media policy. Its independence from the large advisory and accounting firms gives it a reputation for direct analysis without institutional hedging.

Enders Analysis co-hosts the annual TMT Leaders Live conference, which draws C-suite executives from across UK and European media, streaming and telecoms. The 2026 edition, held on 4 June, attracted 684 attendees and more than 50 speakers and was co-sponsored by AlixPartners, Adobe, Warner Bros. Discovery and the Financial Times. The conference is a forum at which senior executives make announcements and set the agenda for the sector; its on-record format means remarks made there carry the weight of official statements.

ITV chief executive Carolyn McCall confirmed at the 4 June 2026 TMT Leaders Live conference that talks with Sky over the acquisition of ITV's broadcast and streaming Arm were "very much actively engaged", with the £1.6bn plus roughly £200m earn-out deal structure unchanged. The remark moved the ITV-Sky deal from reported to confirmed-live and illustrated how the Enders conference functions as a venue for executives to shape market narrative under controlled conditions.
