Enders Analysis

Enders Analysis is an independent UK research firm focused on the media, technology and telecommunications sectors. Founded in 1997, it produces subscription research reports and consulting work for broadcasters, telecoms operators, platform companies and investors operating in the UK and European media landscape. Its analysts regularly appear in parliamentary hearings and regulatory consultations, and its independence from large advisory firms gives it a reputation for direct analysis without institutional hedging.

Enders Analysis co-hosts the annual TMT Leaders Live conference, which draws c-suite executives from across UK and European media, streaming and telecoms. The 2026 edition, held on 4 June, attracted 684 attendees and more than 50 speakers and was co-sponsored by AlixPartners, Adobe, Warner Bros. Discovery and the Financial Times. The deal confirmed at the Enders conference was agreed in provisional terms on 25 June 2026, when Sky and ITV announced a £1.6bn acquisition of ITV's Media and Entertainment Arm, including linear channels and the ITVX streaming service, pending Ofcom and CMA approval. If approved, the transaction would be the most significant consolidation of UK commercial broadcasting in two decades.
