Andrew Giuliani is the official running inter-city security intelligence coordination across the 2026 World Cup's US host cities, working within the broader operation overseen by Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin. His stated task is spotting "trends hopping up in Miami that affect New York or Houston" — tracking threats that cross jurisdictions and require shared intelligence between the more than 400 law-enforcement agencies coordinating across venues, fan festivals, base camps, and hotels.

Giuliani is the son of Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor. He served as a White House sports liaison during the first Trump administration and later ran unsuccessfully for governor of New York. His appointment to the World Cup intelligence coordination role came within the broader Trump administration World Cup security architecture.
