House of Shipping Private Limited is a Chennai-based shipping company designated by the US Treasury's OFAC on 15 April 2026 as part of the Shamkhani Iranian oil-smuggling network. It operates as the Indian sister entity to House of Shipping Investment FZCO, a UAE free-zone company registered in Dubai, both of which were named in the same OFAC action that targeted two Indian nationals and nine tankers.

The company was used as part of a corporate network that obscured vessel ownership and cargo origins to route Iranian crude past US export controls to buyers in the Indian market. Chennai, on India's south-eastern coast, is home to major oil terminal infrastructure and serves as a hub for shipping and logistics operations connected to The Gulf.

The designation placed Indian shipping infrastructure at the centre of US enforcement action against Iranian sanctions evasion. As with the parallel designation of Fleet Tanqo and the two Indian nationals, the action came three days before the IRGC attacked Indian-flagged tankers, compressing the political crisis into a single week.
