Data Centres: Boom and Backlash: solutions wins SAR 364m Dammam buildBackground
"solutions" is the trading name of Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company, 79% owned by Saudi Telecom Company (STC).
The company disclosed on 4 August 2026 that it had won a SAR 364m (roughly $97m) construction contract, signed the previous day, from Center3, a fellow Saudi Telecom Company subsidiary . Because both firms share the same parent, Tadawul listing rules required the win to be disclosed as a related-party transaction rather than an open-market award.
For "solutions" the governance framing matters as much as the build itself: it is one of several contracts STC-owned entities disclose to satisfy exchange rules on internal dealing, with financial impact expected from the first quarter of 2027.
