Center3 is Saudi Telecom Company's subsea-cable and data-centre infrastructure Arm, built to extend STC's reach in regional connectivity and hosting rather than retail telecoms.
In August 2026 Center3 commissioned a new data-centre facility in Dammam from fellow STC subsidiary 'solutions'. The disclosure of that contract, including its value and listing-rule status, is 'solutions' own to make, as the party under the reporting obligation.
The commission adds to Center3's Dammam infrastructure footprint and sits inside STC's wider practice of building capacity through internal group contracts rather than external tenders, which STC treats as routine rather than a signal of new external demand.
