Harvey Hodd is the founder of Rivan, the UK synthetic-natural-gas startup that closed a £25m growth round on 20 April 2026 for Project Steadfast, a 15MW Wiltshire facility billed as Europe's largest SNG plant and the first SNG injection into the UK gas grid. IQ Capital led with Plural and new backer Fundomo, alongside angels Matt Clifford (Entrepreneur First), Thomas Wolf (Hugging Face) and Markus Villig (Bolt).
