Green Capital Renewable Energy is an Argentine developer behind Atlas Gigahub, a proposed three-phase data-centre project at Trelew in Chubut province. The project is designed around dedicated solar and wind generation rather than Argentina’s National Grid.
Atlas Gigahub places the company within Argentina’s emerging data-centre pipeline. A 14 September research tracker counted 15 announced or under-evaluation projects worth $46.4bn, while Atlas and Stargate accounted for about 99% of disclosed capacity. That concentration means Green Capital’s progress will materially shape whether the country’s announced capacity becomes built infrastructure.
