Arthur Masuaku is a DR Congo international Left-back who has spent more than a decade in top European football. Born Fuka-Arthur Masuaku Kawela on 7 November 1993 in Lille, France, to Congolese parents, he came through Valenciennes's academy and made his Ligue 1 debut in 2013. He went on to play for Olympiacos, West Ham United, and Besiktas, joining Sunderland on a two-year contract in August 2025 before moving to RC Lens on loan in January 2026.
Masuaku represented France at youth level before switching his international allegiance to DR Congo in 2017. He was included in the Leopards' 26-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. In the match against Portugal, his cross led directly to a historic goal as DR Congo registered a notable result at a major tournament.
