Andrew Southall is a Dudley Metropolitan Borough councillor for Wollaston and Stourbridge Town, in the West Midlands. He won the ward for Reform UK on 7 May 2026 with 1,324 votes.
Southall switched his allegiance to Restore Britain in September 2026. Mark Pack's tally of councillors leaving Reform records the move, citing a Stourbridge News report. Pack logged four such Reform-to-Restore switches that month, alongside two in Plymouth and one in Gloucestershire.
Southall had stood for Reform before winning a council seat. He came third in the Dudley parliamentary constituency at the July 2024 general election, with 9,442 votes, and second in Kinver, Staffordshire, in May 2025.
